Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at sales@tovali.co.uk if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Refunds

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@tovali.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Tovali Soft Drinks Limited, Glanyrafon Road, Carmarthen SA31 3AR. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@tovali.co.uk.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

You have a legal right to a 14‑day cooling‑off period in the European Union when you buy most goods or services online, by phone, by mail order, or from a doorstep/off‑premises seller. This right comes from the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and allows you to cancel without giving any reason.
