Shipping Locations:
We ship to addresses within the UK only.

Shipping Methods and Carriers:
We use FedEx for our shipping.

Processing Time:
Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days before being despatched.

Shipping Rates:
We charge shipping on all orders, rates will be determined in line with box weightage and include VAT /Fuel surcharge.

For reference each:-

Box of 8 x 1 Litre = 8.60 kg /  Box of 12 x 1 Litre = 12.70 kg  

Tip of the day - always compare Boxes of 8 v Bumper boxes (12) the overall carriage can sometimes be cheaper, you can compare prices whilst in the shop, prior to your purchase to get the best deal for your overall bottle purchase needs

Standard rates are:

  • £7.85 for 0–15kg      (1 box)  
  • £12.85 for 15.1–25.6kg (2 boxes) 
  • £17.85 for 25.7–38.2kg (3 boxes) 
  • £22.85 for 38.3 - 50.8kg (4 boxes) 
  • £27.85 for 51 - 63.6kg  (5 boxes)
  • £32.85 for 63.7 - 76.3kg (6 boxes)

For 7+ boxes, please use the Contact us button as we will ensure we obtain the best shipping rate for you.

Estimated Delivery Times:
Orders shipped via Fedex Economy or Priority and will typically arrive within 2-3 business days from the despatch date.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been despatched, you will receive tracking information via email and/or SMS to the address and phone number provided at checkout.

Handling of Multiple Shipments:
All items from a single order will be shipped together in one shipment.

Shipping Restrictions:
We do not automatically ship to Scotland or the Isle of Wight, these locations incur increased charges, if you live in these locations and wish to source our products please contact us on sales@tovali.co.uk, we will look to find the best price to ship our products to you. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments:
If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you in resolving the issue, but we do not offer insurance on shipments.

Returns and Exchanges:
Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy for information on how shipping interacts with returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
